About McLeo's Studio

Creativity, Experience & A Love for Helping Ideas Grow
McLeo’s Studio was created from a love of creativity, technology, community involvement, and helping people turn their ideas into something they can be proud of.
My background is a little different from the traditional designer—and I believe that’s one of my strengths.
I studied Administrative Assistant programs, which gave me a strong foundation in computers, organization, document creation, communication, and working with different types of software. Over the years, I discovered that I especially enjoyed the creative side of working with computers—taking information and turning it into something organized, attractive, and easy for people to use.

From Small Business Owner to Creative Designer
Before starting McLeo’s Studio, I owned and operated my own French fry stand for 10 years. Running a small business taught me lessons that you simply can't learn from a computer.
I understand the importance of good customer service, listening to what people want, working within a budget, promoting a business, solving problems when they come up, and building relationships with customers.
That experience also helps me understand the challenges small-business owners face. Sometimes you don't need a huge advertising agency—you need someone who will listen to your idea, understand what you're trying to accomplish, and help you find an affordable solution.
That philosophy is at the heart of McLeo’s Studio.

Proudly Involved in Our Community
Community involvement has also played a major role in developing my design and marketing skills.
I have been a member of the Chelmsford Lions Club since the club opened in 2023 and currently help with the club's marketing and promotional work.
Through the Lions, I have had the opportunity to work on websites, event advertising, social media content, flyers, posters, signs, forms, sponsorship materials, community campaigns and other promotional projects.
Working with a community organization has taught me how important it is to create materials that don't just look good—they need to communicate clearly, get people's attention and encourage them to take action.

A Self-Taught Web Designer
I am also a self-taught web designer.
What started as an interest in creating websites grew into something I genuinely enjoy doing. I have worked with website-building platforms including Webador and GoDaddy and continue learning new tools, techniques and platforms as I grow.
I don't believe creativity should be limited to one piece of software. If you have a particular website platform or solution you'd like to use, I'm willing to explore it and determine whether it's something I can work with.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to figure things out. I enjoy learning, experimenting, troubleshooting and finding solutions when I'm faced with something new.
Technology is always changing—and I'm happy to keep learning with it.

More Than Just Websites
McLeo’s Studio isn't only about building websites.
I provide creative services for small businesses, community organizations, clubs, events and individuals, including:
Website Design • Website Maintenance • Flyers & Posters • Social Media Graphics • Advertising Materials • Forms & Applications • Invitations • Signs & Banners • Business Materials • Custom Digital Designs & More
If you have an idea that isn't listed, ask me about it. Some of the best projects begin with someone saying, “I don't know if you can do this, but I have an idea…”

A Personal Approach
When you work with McLeo’s Studio, you're not dealing with a large company or being passed from person to person.
You'll work directly with me.
I take the time to understand what you're trying to accomplish, what you like, what you don't like, and what will work for your particular project.
You don't need to know all the technical terms. You don't need to have your entire project planned before contacting me. And you certainly don't need to be a computer expert.
Bring me your idea, and we'll work from there.

Why McLeo’s Studio?
My combination of computer training, small-business ownership, customer-service experience, community involvement, marketing experience and self-taught design skills allows me to look at projects from more than just a design perspective.
I think about the person who will actually be looking at your website, reading your flyer, filling out your form or seeing your advertisement.
My goal isn't simply to make something attractive. It's to create something that works for you and the people you're trying to reach.
Let’s Create Something Together
Whether you're starting a new business, promoting a community event, updating an existing website, creating your first online presence, or simply have an idea you don't know how to bring to life, I'd be happy to hear from you.
You bring the idea. I'll bring the creativity, patience and determination to help make it happen.
