McLeo’s Studio offers website design, website maintenance, flyers, posters, social media graphics, forms, invitations, signs and banners, promotional materials, and other custom digital design services. If you have something in mind that isn’t listed, contact us—we may still be able to help!

Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
Not at all! You can come to us with a finished idea, a rough sketch, a few examples you like, or simply tell us what you’re trying to accomplish. We’ll work with you to develop the idea and determine the best way to bring it to life.

How do I get a quote?
Simply contact McLeo’s Studio and tell us about your project. The more information you can provide, the more accurately we can prepare your quote. There is no obligation to request a quote.

Are the prices on your website final prices?
Unless otherwise stated, our advertised prices are starting prices. Every project is different, so the final cost will depend on the amount of work, complexity, features, turnaround time, and other requirements. You’ll receive a quote before work begins.

How many revisions are included?
Most standard design projects include up to two revisions, unless your quote states otherwise. Additional revisions or major changes to the original project may result in an additional charge, which will be discussed with you first.

Do you provide printing?
No. McLeo’s Studio currently provides digital design files only, unless otherwise agreed. You are free to have your finished design printed by the printing company of your choice. Printing costs are the customer's responsibility.

What type of businesses or organizations do you work with?
We welcome individuals, small businesses, clubs, community organizations, craft vendors, fundraisers, special events and more. No project is too small to ask about.

Where are you located?
McLeo’s Studio is based in the Greater Sudbury area of Ontario. Because most of our services are digital, we can work with customers throughout Ontario and beyond.

How long will my project take?
Turnaround time depends on the type and complexity of your project and our current workload. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when discussing your project. Providing your information and responding to proofs promptly can also help keep your project moving.

Can you rush a project?
Depending on our availability, rush service may be possible. Additional charges may apply for projects requiring priority or unusually quick turnaround.

Website Questions

What platform do you use to build websites?
McLeo’s Studio currently builds and publishes websites using Webador. We’ll help you determine what you need based on the type of website you want.

Are website hosting and domain fees included in my design price?
Unless specifically stated in your quote, Webador subscriptions, hosting plans, domain registration or renewal, business email, paid features and other third-party costs are separate from McLeo’s Studio’s design fee.

Will I own and have access to my website?
Whenever practical, your website and related accounts should be set up so that you remain in control of your website and ongoing subscriptions. We can also show you the basics of making simple changes yourself.

Can you maintain my website after it is finished?
Yes! If you need to update photos, business hours, pricing, services, events, wording, pages or other information, contact us. Website maintenance and updates can be quoted separately based on what you need.

Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Webador is designed to allow website owners to make changes themselves. If you would rather have McLeo’s Studio handle your updates, we can help with that too.

What happens if I stop paying for my website plan or domain?
Your website or custom domain may no longer remain available as it was originally published. Ongoing third-party subscriptions and renewals are the responsibility of the customer unless a separate arrangement has been made.

Design & Customer Questions

What information should I send you for a design?
Send whatever you have—wording, dates, times, contact information, photos, logos, colours, examples or ideas. We can let you know if anything else is needed.

Can you use my logo or photographs?
Yes, provided you have the right or permission to use the material. Sending the highest-quality original files available usually produces the best results.

Will you post my finished project in your portfolio?
We may ask permission to showcase completed work on our website, portfolio or social media. If you would prefer that your project remain private, just let us know.

How do I receive my finished design?
Finished graphic-design projects are provided digitally. The file format will depend on the project and how you intend to use it.

What if I notice a mistake after approving the final design?
We ask customers to carefully check names, spelling, dates, times, phone numbers, addresses, prices and other important details before giving final approval. If you discover something afterward, contact us and we’ll let you know what can be done.
