Bringing Your Idea to Life Is Easy

At McLeo’s Studio, we want the creative process to be simple, comfortable and stress-free. Whether you need a website, flyer, social media graphic, form, advertisement or another custom design, we’ll work with you from your first idea through to the finished project.

Not sure exactly what you want? That’s okay! You don’t need to have all the answers before contacting us. Tell us what you’re trying to accomplish, and we’ll help you figure out the rest.

1. Tell Us Your Idea

It all starts with a conversation.

Contact McLeo’s Studio and tell us a little about your project. You can provide as much or as little information as you currently have.

Helpful information may include your:

  • Type of project
  • Business, organization or event name
  • Ideas, colours or preferred style
  • Wording or information to include
  • Logo, photographs or graphics
  • Desired completion date
  • Approximate budget

Don't worry if you're missing some of these things. We're happy to help you get started.

2. Receive Your Quote

Once we understand what you're looking for, we'll provide you with a quote outlining the work to be completed and the expected price.

There is no obligation simply for requesting a quote.

If your project requires additional services or third-party expenses, such as website hosting or a domain name, we'll explain those separately so you know what to expect.

3. We Start Creating

Once you've approved your quote and any required payment or deposit has been arranged, the creative work begins!

We'll use the information and materials you've provided to develop your project.

Whether we're designing a flyer or building an entire website, our goal is to create something that represents you, your business, organization or event rather than simply using the same design for everyone.

4. Review Your Design

You'll have an opportunity to review the project and tell us what you think.

Most standard design projects include up to two revisions, unless otherwise specified in your quote.

Want a colour changed? Need wording corrected? Something doesn't feel quite right?

Tell us. Your feedback is an important part of the process.

Major changes to the original project, additional designs, new pages or a completely new direction may require an additional charge. If that's the case, we'll discuss it with you before completing the additional work.

5. Approve Your Project

Once you're happy with everything, we'll ask you to give the project a final review.

Please carefully check important information such as names, spelling, dates, times, addresses, phone numbers, prices, email addresses and website information.

Once you've approved the final version, we'll prepare your project for delivery.

For Graphic Design Projects

6. Receive Your Finished Digital Files

Once your project is completed and payment requirements have been met, you'll receive your finished digital design.

McLeo’s Studio provides digital design files unless otherwise stated.

Printing is not included in our standard design prices. You can take or send your finished file to the printer of your choice, giving you control over the quantity, paper, size and printing costs.

For Website Projects

Website projects involve a few additional steps, but we'll guide you through the process.

Planning Your Website

We'll discuss what pages and features your website needs. This might include:

Home • About Us • Services • Pricing • Gallery • FAQ • Contact • Forms • Policies • and more

We'll also discuss your colours, branding, photographs, wording and overall style.

Building Your Website

McLeo’s Studio currently builds websites using Webador.

We'll create the agreed pages, organize your information, add your supplied content and develop a website that works well on both computers and mobile devices.

Review & Testing

Before your website is considered complete, you'll have an opportunity to review it.

We'll check important links, buttons, forms, page layouts and contact information and make the revisions included with your package.

Going Live!

Once everything is approved and the necessary website plan, domain and other services are arranged, your website can be published.

Webador subscriptions, domain names, hosting upgrades and other third-party charges are separate from McLeo’s Studio design fees unless specifically included in your quote.

We'll explain any known additional costs before you commit to them.

What Happens After We're Finished?

Our relationship doesn't have to end when your project is completed.

Need another flyer next month? Want to add a page to your website? Change your business hours? Have another event coming up?

Just contact McLeo’s Studio.

Website updates, additional designs and other future work can be completed as needed and quoted separately.
