Website Hosting & Additional Costs

At McLeo’s Studio, websites are designed and built using Webador, an easy-to-use website-building and hosting platform. This allows us to create professional websites while giving clients a straightforward way to maintain their online presence.

Your McLeo’s Studio Design Fee

The price quoted by McLeo’s Studio covers the website design and setup services outlined in your individual quote. Depending on your package, this may include page design, layout, text placement, images, contact information, forms, links, mobile-friendly formatting and other agreed-upon features.

Webador Subscription & Hosting

Your website requires an active Webador plan to remain published and accessible online. Webador subscription and hosting fees are separate from McLeo’s Studio website design fees unless your quote specifically states otherwise.

Webador plans, features and prices may change from time to time. The plan required will depend on the features you would like for your website.

Domain Name

If you would like a custom web address, such as yourbusiness.ca, domain registration or renewal fees may apply. Domain costs are separate unless specifically included in your website package or Webador plan.

Possible Additional Costs

Depending on your website and the features you choose, additional costs may include:

• Webador subscription or plan fees
• Domain registration and renewal
• Business email services
• E-commerce or online store features
• Payment processing or transaction fees
• Premium images, graphics or other licensed content
• Third-party services, apps or integrations
• Additional pages or features requested after the original quote
• Major website updates or redesigns after your website has been completed

Any additional McLeo’s Studio charges will be discussed with you before the work is completed.

Who Owns Your Website?

Whenever possible, your website and related Webador account should be established so that you remain in control of your website, domain and ongoing subscription. McLeo’s Studio provides the design and setup services and can assist you with understanding how your website works.

After Your Website Is Published

Once your website is completed and approved, you can choose to manage updates yourself or contact McLeo’s Studio whenever you need assistance.

Ongoing website maintenance, updates, new pages or additional design work can be quoted separately depending on what you need.

No Surprise Charges

Before beginning your website, we will discuss your project, the services included in your McLeo’s Studio quote and any known third-party costs.

McLeo’s Studio fees and third-party platform fees are separate unless clearly stated otherwise in your quote.
